Aircraft Systems Integration Engineer
Responsibilities
- · Comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems: design and understanding of integrated aircraft systems combining aerospace, mechanical, electrical/electronic, and software domains
- · Design: aircraft design and performance analysis using first-principles design and formulas, requirements management, numerical design, SolidWorks usage, and mechanical drafting
- · Understanding of manufacturing processes: design analysis based on mechanics of materials, and establishing machining and assembly process guides
- · Design analysis and core verification (MATLAB simulation): aerodynamics (CFD), airframe structure (FEM), flight dynamics, and dedicated analysis
Core Competencies
- · Precision design ability: proficient in SolidWorks, capable of precision mechanical drafting that accounts for manufacturing processes
- · Numerical analysis ability: capable of understanding aircraft design formulas and applying them directly to modeling and analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- · Experience with composite materials: understanding the properties of CFRP, FRP, etc. and applying them to structural design and analysis
- · Project experience: full-cycle participation from aircraft design through manufacturing to test flight
- · Proficient in MATLAB simulation: experience performing simulations and analyzing results across CFD/FEM/Dynamics, capable of control logic verification and flight performance prediction simulation
